Clear your browser data or switch to your phone, and all your verification progress was gone.
Now It Saves to the Cloud
We have migrated the entire NCC 2025 checklist to our secure database. Every item you verify is now saved against your project in real-time. This means:
- Switch devices freely — check items on your laptop at home, review them on your phone at the building site
- Never lose progress — clearing browser data or using a different browser has no effect
- Shared visibility — if you invite a family member or partner to your project, they can see which items have been verified
- Evidence trail — each verification is timestamped, so you have a record of when you confirmed compliance
The Builder Shortcuts Section Too
The "Common NCC 2025 Shortcuts Builders Take" section at the bottom of the tracker — where you mark items as OK or Flag an Issue — also syncs to the database now. If you flagged that your builder used non-permeable building wrap, that flag is saved permanently and can be included in dispute documentation.
Nothing Changes for You
The interface looks and works exactly the same. The only difference is that your data is now safe, synced, and permanent. Open the NCC 2025 tab on any of your projects and your progress will be right where you left it.
