Invite Anyone by Email
From your project's Team section, enter an email address and choose a role:
- Viewer — Can see everything (defects, payments, photos, documents, communications) but cannot edit. Perfect for parents, partners who want oversight, or solicitors reviewing the build.
- Collaborator — Can add defects, log communications, upload photos, and record site visits. Perfect for a partner who is also on-site during the build.
The owner (you) retains full control — only you can delete the project, manage billing, or remove members.
Why This Matters
A $500,000 construction project shouldn't live in one person's app. When your partner can independently check whether the right certificates have been uploaded before a progress payment goes through, you have two sets of eyes protecting your investment.
And when disputes arise, your solicitor can review the entire evidence chain — defects, communications, escalation letters — without you having to export and email PDFs back and forth.
