Immutable Audit Trail
Every action in your Guardian project is now automatically logged with a timestamp:
- Defect created, updated, or resolved
- Payment recorded or status changed
- Certificate uploaded
- Variation created or signed
- Stage advanced
- Communication logged
- Escalation started or advanced
The log is append-only — entries cannot be edited or deleted. This makes it admissible as evidence in Fair Trading complaints and tribunal hearings.
Timeline View
The Activity Log shows a clean vertical timeline with icons per action type, relative timestamps ("2 hours ago"), and old→new value diffs for updates. Filter by type (defects, payments, certificates, etc.) to focus on what matters.
